Rentokil Initial Brunei recently acquired the ISS Facility Services Sdn Bhd, which is a leading cleaning, pest control and drainage firm under the global facility service provider ISS.
Following such, ISS Facility Services will now be known as Rentokil Initial South East Asia, an entity under Rentokil Initial (B) Sdn Bhd.
Rentokil Initial Brunei in a press statement shared its views that the acquisition is an efficient collaboration to optimise its business synergy and deliver enhanced customer experience and service standards.
It will also assist the company in striving towards providing quality services to the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
Rentokil Initial Brunei Managing Director Louis Leong said:
