Epson and Concepts Computer are working together to ensure that Epson’s two-year warranty coverage for Brunei market ensures security for end-users’ rights and that they have an overall worry-free experience.
Representatives from Epson Malaysia, including Senior Sales Manager Tan Boon Hiong and his team members Ellan Ho and CJ Lim were in the Sultanate recently for a visit, where they were also welcomed by General Manager of Concepts Computer Vincent Pao and his team members at the Concepts showroom.
Marketing executive for Concepts Computer Zul Abdul Rahman said that Concepts Computer is always on the lookout on ensuring high-quality aftersales support for its customers.
“And one way to do that is by working hand-in-hand with our principal partners like Epson,” he said.
The quarterly visits by Epson’s representatives to Brunei, he said, will ensure the bond between Concepts Computer and Epson will continue and grow.
Epson Malaysia’s Senior Sales Manager Tan Boon Hiong said that his team is very pleased with how Concepts Computer has helped the Epson brand to grow in the sultanate.
“So, it is an easy decision for us to support whole-heartedly in providing full aftersales coverage for Brunei,” he said.
