Consumer Fair returns with exclusive deals

Brunei’s largest trade show Consumer Fair returns for its 26th installment yesterday, bringing exclusive deals for customers at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Berakas.

The five-day event saw participation from major companies including Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD), Imagine, Progresif and Concepts Computer, who each had crafted their own offerings especially for the showcase.

BIBD is featuring its “eco-friendly” credit cards which is made fully out of polylactic acid (PLA) layers, a bioplastic produced for annually renewable sources that offers a reduced carbon footprint. Customers who applied for this can enjoy a free three-year waiver on the annual fee and get an eco gift at the fair.

Imagine on the other hand has its Family Device Bundle where customers will receive a Free LG Smart TV sized from 43 to 65 inches or an Audiomarc cash vouchers amounting from $200 to $1,100 if they sign up or port in to Dream Broadband plans for 24 months.

Progresif is running its “Scratch to Manang” campaign where customers who made dealisings with them during the Consumer Fair are entitled for a chance of winning pool of prizes worth $50,000.

Concepts Computer is also sweetening its deal giving exciting discounts for its items at the Consumer Fair.

Organiser D’Sunlit in a press release shared that the theme of this year’s fair is “celebrating love”, aiming to continue bringing the event closer to the hears of the Bruneians throughout a variety of products ranging from electronics, furtniture, clothes, toys and others.

There is also a “Rush Hour” event that allows customers to purchase selected products at a special price, slotted for Wednesday to Saturday from 2pm to 4pm; and 7pm onwards on Sunday.

The 26th Consumer Fair will run until January 15. The opening hours will be from 10 am to 10 pm on all five days, except Friday when doors will be temporarily closed from noon to 2 pm for Friday prayers.
